IT IS NOT THE DIAGNOSIS, BUT THE EARLY ABA INTERVENTION THAT IS ESSENTIAL

APLIKOVANÁ BEHAVIORÁLNÍ ANALÝZA PRO RODIČE I ODBORNÍKY
OUR ABA COURSES
Many parents are concerned that their children have difficulties with speech development, functional play development and social skills acquisition. For many children, shared attention, the ability to verbally express their wishes and needs, or, for example, the acquisition of basic hygiene habits, is delayed or lacking.
LEARN TO UNDERSTAND ABA
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) offers very effective procedures for developing the skills of children with developmental disorders (eg ADHD, developmental dysphasia, mental retardation, childhood autism and other autism spectrum disorders).
Understanding the basic principles of ABA is essential to their successful application in everyday life. The courses are not a substitute for a program supervised by a behavior analyst, but they can help families and workers in the helping professions who are just looking for their consultant, or who have been working with him for a short time, in the difficult beginnings.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
The aim of the courses we offer is to explain to the participants in an understandable way not only the theory, but also the practical use of behavioral principles that you may already know, but you still do not manage to apply them in everyday life when raising and teaching your children.
From the practical goals, we will teach you to use selected methods in each specific course, so that you will be able to immediately start applying them at home.
Our courses do not end with a certificate in applied behavior analysis. You can find information on study options for certification at www.csaba.cz or at www.caba.cz.
WHO ARE THE COURSES FOR?

COURSES OFFERED
BASIC COURSE
Our Basic course is designed for anyone who has a child at home who does not cooperate at all, so it is practically impossible to teach him something systematically, or a child who does not communicate with words or signs. This course is a great choice for the first orientation in ABA, for parents of young children or children with more severe symptoms, as well as for professionals who work with these children.
A typical participant of our Basic Course is the parent of a child who cannot use words or signs to ask for what he wants or needs. A parent of a child who lacks shared attention, or whose play is not developing adequately for his age. Often these are children who are very young and do not yet have a diagnosis, but their parents have already noticed that the development of speech and other skills is not going in the right direction.
The taught methods are also suitable for children who receive a diagnosis of developmental dysphasia or delayed speech development. With the right approach, you will maximally support your child in the development of functional communication, which is a natural prevention of socially undesirable behavior such as shouting.
HOW TO DEVELOP COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION
The course is aimed at more advanced children who have already mastered basic requests (mandas), are paired with their caregivers, that means they cooperate with them in play and daily activities.
It is intended for children whose game is developing, or whose parents already know how to do it. The course is aimed at families who have managed basic speech development on their own (or by completing our Basic course), but would like to continue working on their child's pre-school skills, which include sitting at a table and following adult instructions.
It is prepared for children who need to systematically develop their speech in order to catch up with, or at least bring them closer to, their peers.
MINI COURSES
Mini-courses are focused on the development of specific skills in children with normal and atypical development.
